Surgical Crown Lengthening: Restoring Aesthetics and Function

Short clinical crown affects appearance and retention of the restoration placed within aesthetic zone. Thereafter, Surgical lengthening procedure is done to increase length for restorative or reasons without breaching biologic width. Herewith, we present a case along with osseous reduction on maxillary anteriors in 25 years female patient referred our department which resulted harmonious symmetry tissues follow up. Aesthetic can be challenging. So, appropriate selection accurate diagnostic interdisciplinary approach are essential getting enhanced conservative results areas.
